How long does a translation take?
Turnaround depends on length and complexity. You'll receive a firm delivery date along with your quote, provided within one business day.
What file formats do you accept?
DOCX and PDF are both accepted. Other formats can usually be accommodated — just ask when you send your document.
How is pricing calculated?
Per page or per project — quote on request.
Are revisions included?
Objective errors — translation errors, omissions, or departures from the initial instructions are corrected free of charge within 3 days of being reported.
Stylistic preferences — changes of style or terminology not stipulated in the initial guidelines are charged as a proofreading service (e.g. 40% of the standard rate).
Source changes — if the original document is modified by the client after delivery, new sections are billed as new translation, and adjacent ones as revision.
How is confidentiality handled?
Your documents are treated as confidential and used solely to prepare and deliver your translation. A signed NDA can be provided on request.
Do you also translate Romanian into English?
Yes — translation from Romanian into English is available, alongside English into Romanian.
